Guarantee

1. The guarantee is given for a period of one year on all sold articles, counting since the day of handing them out to the buyer.
2. Responsibility under warranty is only for defects that come into being because of the inherence in the sold article.
3. Decisions of the guarantee define lows (art.556-582) of the civil code.
4. To the produced and sold by PPO pp footwear does not apply lows from the act of 27th July 2002 about the special conditions of the consumer sale and about the changes of the civil code (Dz.U. No. 141, p. 1176 from zm.)
5. The Complaint is considered within 2 weeks since the day of delivery to the manufacturer.
6. The Buyer delivers the questioned article to the manufacturer’s legal address. The examination of the questioned articles is possible at the buyer’s place in justified cases.
7. The Complaint is not subject to:
   a. Footwear worn-out through wear and tear
   b. Footwear possessing mechanical damages and defects that result from lack or inappropriate preservation.
8. The Complaint article should be clean and dry.
9. The manufacturer delivers the article after the examination of the complaint to the buyer for free – by his own means of transport, by a delivery company or by the buyer's means of transport, according to the arrangements with the buyer.
10. If the manufacturer delivers the buyer instead of the defective article a new article, the deadline of the guarantee begins anew since the moment of handing out of the non-defective article.

In the case of footwear, the essential factor is also the way of usage. It directly influences the period of the usage of the footwear. Depending on the conditions and the intensity of use and the way of cleaning, drying and preservation, the period of usage can significantly differ for the same type of footwear. The footwear can also be used up before the end of one year, even though it contained no defects.
